How to: Mass update product images in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations using data management
In this post, I will be sharing how to use data management to import product images with detailed steps: For the import of product images, we will use 'Product document attachment' data entity. For image upload, we need to have a package. so first we will generate a sample package from D365FO. Go to Data management -> Export -> Create new processing group as below: Now Export and download the package. The zip file will look like below: Now we have sample zip, let us update it for import. Update the Excel file as below and add the images to Resources-> Product document attachments folder Zip the entire package and import it. The result looks like below: You can add as many images as you want.
